Conferences address issues such as distribution challenges, commodity buying strategies, evolution of supply chain departments, emergency preparedness, food safety and cost management, and more — exclusively as they apply to the restaurant industry.

​The Supply Chain Scene is a collaboration between the National Restaurant Association Supply Chain Management Executive Study Group and TCU's Center for Supply Chain Innovation.

The website is designed for foodservice industry managers, students and career seekers to connect through a community that provides up-to-date information on industry happenings, best practices, events and opportunities. 


The fall conference will kick-off on Tues., Oct. 23 with an Opening Reception at 6:30 p.m. The conference will then convene again on Wed., Oct. 24 for all-day programming until 4:40 p.m., with the Market Vision Reception to follow. Full programming details will be available soon!
