Supply Chain Management

Conference registration is open to restaurant operators and those who work for restaurant or hospitality companies. If you are a product or service provider, you are welcome to attend the conference as a sponsor.

Advance registration for the spring conference will close on April 20, 2018. After April 20, you will still be able to register on-site at the Swissotel at the same price point.

Our biannnual meetings bring you face-to-face with experienced colleagues and cutting edge ideas. Every contact and topic is focused on the responsibilities you handle.

Meetings address issues such as commodity buying strategies, food safety and cost management — exclusively as they apply to the restaurant industry.

SupplyChainScene is a collaboration between the NRA's Supply Chain Management Executive Study Group and Texas Christian University's Center for Supply Chain Innovation (CSCI).

Operator Cancellation PolicyCancellations received by 11:59 PM EST on Friday, Feb. 23, 2018 will be fully refunded. Any cancellations between Feb. 24 and April 6, 2018 will be assessed a 50% administration fee. Cancellations after April 6, 2018 will not receive a refund. One night's accommodations for the first 110 attendees to make reservations within the hotel block will be paid for by the Supply Chain Management Executive Study Group. Registration for the conference does not guarantee you a room reservation; you are still required to make a reservation via your conference registration confirmation email.
 
NOTE: While the Swissotel is available through the NRA Show room block, it does not encompass the nights needed during the conference. You must use the link in the registration confirmation email.
